Who are the BCA?
The Brukunga Community Association (BCA) is a small group with nine members on our main committee and a number of active locals on our sub committees. Although we haven’t been around too long, we are already kicking big goals!
Our Vision
- Organise and support activities which promote community development in Brukunga and which improve, develop and protect the image, services, environment and amenities in the areas for the benefit of residents and property owners
- To convey the wishes and concerns of the Brukunga community to others, including local and state governments and service providers
- To influence decision making about any matters which affect the Brukunga community
Current Projects
- Improve community connection through reinvigoration of the Brukunga Community Hall
- Establish a community garden
- Work with council to shape new recreation opportunities within the township and beyond
- Lobby for better telecommunications in the district
